I shot Tanya and Brian's wedding many years ago, and have had the fun of shooting their family portraits many times. They are such a sweet family with such beautiful children. Brian is working in Iraq now, and I hope these pictures will bring joy to him. God bless you, dear family!

Renae's Senior Portraits
Renae was the first senior Deborah and I shot at her house. It was so much fun to be with Renae and her mother again! I taught Renae in third grade, and Deborah and I shot her brother, Ryan's wedding this spring at the University of Georgia. It was great visiting with this dear family again!

Jordan's First Birthday Party!
My daughter, Tabitha, and I had so much fun traveling to south Georgia.
I shot Jordan's first birthday, and Tabitha (http://miamorsweets.blogspot.com/) created a special monkey cake for him.
Jordan's dad, David, is the son of one of my sister's very dearest friends, Pam. It was such a blessing being with Lori, David, Pam and all of their family! Not to mention my sister, Shawn, and her husband, Steve, who were there to help celebrate! I had never met Jordan before. What a precious, funny, loving little boy! He loved his first birthday - and he really loved his cake! You can see that in this slideshow. Enjoy!

Donna 2009
It was fun shooting these senior portraits with Donna, her mother, Angie, and their adorable Yorkie, Candy! Candy was so easy to shoot. You just called her name, and she gave you all her attention! Enjoy these pictures of our time in my home studio and on the Savannah River. Thanks, Donna and Angie. It was great being with you!

Learning how to paint my portraits has been a desire of mine for a long time. My dear friend, Deborah, and I are working together to perfect this craft. It is so much fun. This is the latest painting of my precious niece, Kate.

Courtney and Jonathan's Wedding
It has been a joy getting to know Debbie Gates and her four daughters over the past several years. I was so happy when her daughter, Courtney, asked Deborah and me to be the photographers for her wedding this past Saturday. It was a beautiful wedding, and I hope you enjoy this small glimpse of the pictures we captured on Courtney and Jonathan's most special day!

The Hensley Family
It was a joy meeting Jane, the newest member of the Hensley family! She and her brother, Raymond, are precious children, and I enjoyed capturing them on the banks of Lake Thurmond. Thank you, Sarah and Daniel, for giving me the opportunity to create these family portraits for you. These are a few of my favorite from the day. Enjoy!

Bahama's Cruise
I usually post my professional photography work, but we had such a good time on our Bahama's cruise, I thought it would be fun to share my pictures from our trip here. It was such a blessing spending five days with my sister, Shawn, and my daughter, Bethany. Enjoy!

Emily and Ryan's Wedding
God was so good on this day. It was pouring rain a couple of hours before the wedding began, and by the time the wedding started, it was beautiful. The light was perfect! Deborah and I loved shooting this beautiful wedding. It was on the campus of the University of Georgia, and had 24 attendants! Enjoy this small sampling of their special day.

Kate!
My extended family is very small and very precious to me. This is my dear sister's daughter and her beautiful baby. She was such a good girl while we shot, and we also enjoyed shooting her big brother, Jackson's second birthday party. Perhaps I can post a slideshow of his party soon. Enjoy these portraits of my "great" niece!

Welcome to our world, Elias!
Dawn, Paulo, and their two children are one of my favorite families to shoot. They are always so creative, and they make me feel like I am part of their family. Dawn and Paulo already had a beautiful son, Luca, and now God has blessed them with a precious new son, Elias.

Emily and Ryan
I have known Ryan and his dear family for several years. I was the photographer for his senior trip to Australia, New Zealand, Fuji, and Hawaii! It was a hard job, but somebody had to do it! This was my first time to have the joy of meeting Emily. What a precious couple! They were so much fun to shoot, and I hope these portraits capture the sweet love between them. I am so looking forward to shooting their wedding with Deborah in May!

Briana and Andy's Engagement
What a joy it was to meet Briana and Andy! We had such a good time shooting their engagement portraits in the beautiful Living History Park. They were so much fun, and it was easy to capture the love they have for each other. May God bless you both as you plan your future together.

Painting my Photography
I have a new love! This fall I traveled to the CPQ lab in Cleveland, TN, to attend a painting workshop taught by Vicky Smith. Her work is amazing, and she taught us how to use Photoshop and Corel X to paint our photography. It is so much fun to create
portraits, and then to paint them! I definitely hope my photography will continue in this direction! It also helped that these are the cutest children in the world!
